Woman injured in one-vehicle crash in GV

A 38-year-old driver was taken to a Tucson hospital late Wednesday after her vehicle hit a tree off Continental Road east of Abrego Drive. Green Valley Fire District responded to the scene at 11:26 p.m. The woman had non-life threatening injuries, according to GVFD.

Parking Lot Fire

A 2007 Honda CRV went up in flames Friday evening in the parking lot in front of Ross Dress for Less at 18705 S. I-19 Frontage Road.  The fire started in the engine compartment and was reported shortly after 8 p.m..  There were no injuries.
