On the morning of November 3rd, I placed a 911 call after being bitten by a rattlesnake in my
garage. Your fire squad and ambulance arrived promptly and provided me with efficient and
professional attention. I don't know their names or even which firehouse they came from but I
wanted them to know how much I appreciate their attention and moral support at a time when
I was in need.
