An 88-year-old man was taken to Banner University Medical Center Saturday after the golf cart he was driving slipped off a path into a ditch at the Green Valley Country Club.
Green Valley Fire District spokesman L.T. Pratt said the man was taken to the hospital around 9:30 a.m. as a precautionary measure. His passenger was uninjured.
