Desert Hills Lutheran Church will hold a “Death with Dignity Forum” at their church on Nov. 02, 2017 beginning at 10:30 a.m.. GVFD personnel will be on hand to provide information about the “Envelope of Life” and “Do Not Resuscitate” (DNR) forms.
