All classes are subject to cancellation based on class size, room availability or instructor availability.
Students may register at any time. Payment must be made at least one week prior to the class at: 1285 W Camino Encanto, Green Valley, AZ 85622, or by phone. Cash, check, credit/debit cards are accepted. The student workbook will be issued at time of payment. If you are unable to pay by phone or in person, please pay at the class with check or cash. A course completion eCard will not be issued until the class fee has been paid.
Prerequisite: All instructor class candidates must have a BLS Provider update within 3 months of the class date, as well as a certificate showing completion of the 2015 BLS Instructor Essentials Course.
